First Complaint:

My boss. Is annoying. Oh I'm sure most bosses are annoying, yes, right? Well...she is awful.

I used to be able to stand her...especially as for a short time I was kinda dating her son...but now, its horrible. I hate when she is around! I love my shifts when she is not there. When she is there, I contemplate quitting.

I'm trying to pinpoint my hate. She makes us do things when she already asked us to do stuff...for example, if I'm opening that day, I'm usually, around eight o'clock, trying to finish cleaning the towels and starting to stock up. She walks by, stops..."Please do this."

I don't mind being interupted to do what she wants. Heck, she does it all the time! But after this, while I'm still attmepting to finish something, she'll walk by again, and ask me to do something else...or she'll call me over to the desk and tell me about something...

Something really annoying she does is try to 'ep' up things. She will stand and clap her hands, telling everybody to go go go...like we aren't already working. She'll yell and ask about our targets for the day (personally I think targets are a waste of time but lets not get into that) and yell some more. We are forced to smile and agree with her.

Another thing that drives me crazy is how she complains about everyone. She'll complain about this person, or this person, or this person, and then be very sweet in front of them. I wonder what she says about me behind my back.

And she alwasy complains about how the store is run, remembering these 2 managers we had a year and a half ago who ran everything the best. (they escaped, thankfully) It really seems like she's saying we suck compared to them. And still, no matter how much she complains, she doesn't try to fix stuff properly. She will write up long notes in the managers log, but does she follow up on what she writes in there? Nope.

She can be oh so sweet...but underneath...she is so scary and mean.

Phew!!! Long rant!! ...And that was mean of me to say.

No, I wont get into it. Maybe next time.
